Love the lazy fetch! Any chance this could be extended to not use a dropdown but a DropdownTags instead (as an option?)? That would allow for many-to-many picks, with picked options easily visible and removable on screen and it's the same issue for DropdownTags that it's missing the lazy load functionality in standard OutSystemsUI.

I personally fix multiselect dropdowns to be worse from a user perspective than DropdownTags since the user have a hard time seeing what they selected if they select many options.
