I cannot create a text area by clicking the text icon. Also, you cannot enter text or create a text area without copying and pasting the text.

Do you need any special settings?

Or is the text icon used for something else?

You can copy and paste the text.

I think it's a bug.  I'm now investigating the causes.

Fixed an issue where text could not be entered. Please check Ver 1.1.1.

thank you. confirmed.

I'm sorry again.

Earlier versions should have been able to draw shapes on top of the image,

When an image is displayed on the drawing canvas, is it normal that when I try to draw a line, square, or circle on the image, I can't draw?

I think this is because the image is in focus even when the icon for drawing a shape is selected.

Mouse over an object like an image to make it selectable. To avoid this, use object lock.

The latest version 1.2.2 has been released. It is easy to use with new features of Redo / Undo.

thank you for your answer.

I would like to set a fixed background image to depict a figure.

Without using lock objects

Is there a way or setting to draw a figure by fixing the image from the beginning?

I thought I should use BackgroundUrl in Block, but I can't use it well.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please teach us.

To make it easier to understand how to register the background image, I added some screens. You can check with the latest version, so please check if you are interested

It should be displayed if you set the input parameter of web block: BackgroundUrl.

For your information, it is also possible to set BASE64 image data in addition to the URL.

I was able to confirm it in my environment.

Thank you for your response.

I'm sorry again.

When I enter Japanese on Canvas, save it, and then reopen Canvas, it becomes "?".

Can you tell me if there is a workaround?

You need to specify the encoding when converting the data from text to binary. However, this feature will be added so that the encoding value can be changed in the new version.

Other developers are also watching this thread, so please start your new question with a new title.

I'm sorry.

I will ask another new question.
