When pasting 0, it does not trigger the change event.

When entering 0 with keyboard, it does trigger.

Effectively this means that setting the variable to 0 via an action also does not trigger the change event.

This heavily impacts mandatory checks for form validation because I need to be able to capture 0 with entering via keyboard, changing variable and pasting.
