Hi.This works fine in Android, but I cannot get it to work on iPhone. When a user clicks the alphabet, that letter appears to confirm that it has been selected, but the list position does not change.
I have downloaded the demo and gone through it painstakingly to ensure its configuration is comparable to my own; it is.
How do I troubleshoot this please?

I haven't I'm afraid. I spent too long trying to get it to work, and so did one of my colleagues. In the end, the effort wasn't worth the functionality and we gave up.
