The last thing I remember doing is adding meta tags with Javascript(bad idea). Those meta tags names were "description" and "keywords".

That you get this message is strange, SEO Friendly URLs should be available for the platform and service studio version you use.
What happens if you publish the module, does the message remain?

That should not be relevant anymore, in platform version 11.16.x this is already out of technical preview.
I can't open the module in the first place so I can't do anything to my project, and I can't use technical support because I am in the free trial. Can anyone please contact the technical support for me or is it not possible? What should I do next? 😔😔😔

We were able to unblock Abd but unfortunately, we were not able to identify what was causing the issue.

just about an hour ago I was able to work on that module. This is the service studio version:

We need to understand what's happening as we were not able to find the root cause last time.
Did you try to connect to that environment with the Service Studio 11.14 to see if you still get the error? If you don't, can you please try it out please?
I installed latest service studio version of last month and I think its the same version available now so it is probably not the issue with version as per my understanding. And I also don't know how to use previous version(11.14).
One more thing, I'm not able to open only a particular module(i.e. end user module of my project).
Its working now, I just restarted service studio.
