Basically move certifications or merge account is used when you have two outsystems profile and both have some certifications and you now want to keep only one profile and merge everything there.

Move Certifications -  Move Certification is basically moving your certificates from one account to another account. Except for certifications, other data like Forum points, Forge-related points, etc., all will be available in source account only certificates will be moved to the Target account.

Merge Accounts - Account Merge will transfer the whole account data from the source to the target account. And you cannot revert this process once done. The source account information will be destroyed.

Change Email Address - Change Email address is nothing but changing the primary email address which you use to login into the OS account.
