Service Studio launches to blank white screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting the AppData folders (both in Local and Roaming) but no luck. When I launch it, the main screen opens all blank white. Any popup that comes up, the login screen or EULA are blank white as well. Cannot close out unless I copy settings over from another machine that does work. But screens are still blank white.

Have you tried to reboot the system ? once I face this issue and rebooting system and resetting WIFI has solved for me . Please check once if it works for you. Is it happening in your office laptop ? If so, try to login in your personal laptop an see if it's working.

Yes, I have tried rebooting and reinstalling several times. It is my office laptop. I have tried two separate internet connections as well.
I also tried the registry edit with reboot for as stated in: https://www.outsystems.com/forums/discussion/67394/service-studio-not-responding/

In that case, please create support ticket to outsystems as you have already tried the workaround.
