Hi Satoshi,

This issue was already reported by other people as well and OutSystems team is working on it. We will update as soon as we get the chance to do so.

Are you able to login after this popup or neither that are you able to do so?

Hi Satoshi,

Can you confirm you run Windows 7 or 8.1? If so, your problem is the same as reported here.

Hi Kilian

Thank you for your reply and checking my question.

Yes.I use Windows 7 PC.

Have you updated windows 7 to windows 10?

Now I can't update easy Win7 to Win10.

In addtion, I could use Service Studio on Win7 PC until August.

Has the server side been updated?

Do you have any information of the server side?

Regards.

All information is in the other thread I linked to. Basically the PEs need TLS 1.3 now, which is not supported by Windows prior to version 10. OutSystems is working to fix this.
