Error when inserting an image

 Assim que publico o projeto, ao inserir a imagem aparece a seguinte mensagem:

Cannon read properties of undefined (reading "value") e some tudo.

Alguém pode me ajudar?

As soon as I publish my project, when inserting an image the following message appears:

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading "value") and everything disappears.

What you are asking doesn't have almost any detail that can help us help you with the error you get; the message is too generic and can be a lot of things. 

An OML would help a lot!

It must have happened something, but what I did was add the filename to the upload because it is expected. I don't know why it was not giving you any error. 

The error was triggered here.

By adding the filename to the upload input filename, it will work.

@Daniël Kuhlmann, I didn't investigate it further, but when the accept input of the upload is Image only, it doesn't give the mandatory alert on the filename input. But when is Any on the accept input it is giving the mandatory alert.
