Currently trying to change the default language of my Service Studio from English to Dutch since I need to make applications in Dutch. Is that possible?
For example, all my footers currently say: "from # to # of #", and I need them in Dutch but cannot really change them manually.

You want to change the language of your Service Studio or of your applications made in the Service Studio? It seems to me that you want the second choice, correct?
To develop applications in other languages, you can use the out-of-the-box Multilanguage capability.
