I can't take the Professional Traditional Web Developer exam through prometric

Today, 2022/10/26, at 8:30 pm Bangkok, Hanoi, Jakarta, I registered to take the Professional Traditional Web Developer 11 exam through Prometric.

I have prepared well to prepare for the exam. I entered the ProProctor app at 8:15 pm. and had a meeting with the supervisor. I have confirmed ID, passport. Because the conversation was in English, it took me a bit of time, the supervisor asked me to press Exit. I asked the proctor that it was almost time for the exam, what if I press Exit? The superintendent confirmed to me that it was okay.

I pressed Exit according to the proctor and logged back in, after a while another proctor informed me that the exam session was over. And I was unable to participate.

I used the voucher to take the test, so can I get the voucher back to re-register or change the test date?

Another way after you get the ticket number and if you cannot make an international call you can chat with online agent and mention about your ticket number. You may find the chat here https://www.outsystems.com/legal/success/contact-outsystems-technical-support/

You may not get voucher back but support team may help you to reschedule your exam.
