I yesterday during examination, in prometric app I have facing the server interruption error during my examination( last 10 mins) they asked me exit a app and login again I did the same, after all formal procedure verification I entered in to examination but instead of examination page I got only empty screen regarding that I chatted with "proctor she said we are activated from our side, but if u are in same issue still we will refresh again so you can logout and login again " I did the same
After that I couldn't enter in a login page got error I have attached screenshot for that,
In login page I am facing
"unable to process your request contact candidate care team for immediate assistance"- I tried to conduct them from yesterday no response still now i contacted helpline number but couldn't connect with them also,
Is anyone has a similar issue ? Is it resolved?
When they will resolve, atleast I need a result, if any one already faced this issue kindly helpme
As suggested you should connect with their technical candidate care team. They will check your system online for any issue. As you said content was not loading so there may be many possible reasons like slow internet or some firewall or antivirus restriction so I think it will be better to connect with their technical team and ask them to check your system personally before you launch exam.

Yes, from yesterday I tried to contact candidate care it is the phone number +1 443-455-6299 International Candidate Care from India, but no response, i only got a automated reply , and I sent a email to proproctor@prometric.com, but no response still now

Thanks , but I raised a ticket in support system but they said we couldn't solve your issue after login only we can guide u, this was " service Terminated Program Error" should contact "candidate care team and gave a contact details but they didn't reply still,
