I came across the following thread before posting this thread. We've tried to ask the user to change their screen lock method but it doesn't help in my case.
One user could not access the application after our production update but other users do not have any problem with the update. Attached is the error:
I've also read about the Self-Healing on Extensibility Configuration.
Does it only "restart" the local database instead of resetting it to an empty database?
Can anyone confirm this? Appreciated to hear from anyone or sharing their experience on the issue. Thanks.
