So my question is:
How do I design PWA app for Desktop? If I choose Mobile/Tablet app that is all I can choose in the Studio to be "as Desktop as possible":
but its not ideal, to be honest.
Is there some way to get Desktop layout/design/preview option for Mobile/Tablet apps that are to be distributed as PWAs?

Out of the box there is no layout and theme to create a PWA that uses your computer screen dimensions and supports resizable Windows.
However you can do this, I have worked on an app years ago, mobile but run as a desktop app.
It just requires extensive adjustments to the default theme.
Also don't forget that outsystemsUI for mobile comes with its own set of widgets more suitable for mobile than for desktop. So this might require some more extra work.
