In order to have access to a ODC environment, you should wait for an available slot:

•  https://www.outsystems.com/ODCTraining/Schedule

Also, you need to have the Associate Reactive certification to have the ODC certification for free. If you pass the Reactive certification, and after concluding the ODC training you should also receive the ODC Associate Developer certification badge. 

After you completed the OutSystems Developer Cloud training, badges for ODC Associate Developer are awarded every Sunday, so it can take a few days to show up. You will be able to see it on your profile page, on the tab Badges.

At first you need to book your slots on  https://www.outsystems.com/ODCTraining/Schedule

After fix your  slot the Cloud Space will available for a week and you need to Complete the tasks givenwith in that week , then you will get idea about the ODC.
