I have integrated the DocuSign component, while sending the file for signature, before that I need to add the place holder for signing, so that the signer can sign on that specified field.

If you want to add a singing field at some fixed position in the document you need to use Template,
Create a Template in the Docusign and use that same Template Id using CreateSendEnvelopesByTemplateCustom Action provided in the Docusing Component.
