I hope all is well with you. With regard to the ODC (OutSystems Developer Cloud) certification, I'm writing to you today with a query.
I recently completed the O11 to ODC conversion course after successfully completing the Guided Path for ODC.
Additionally, I hold an O11 reactive web developer certification.
I'm now wondering how to obtain the ODC certificate badge. According to the document, I should have received the badge automatically, but I didn't.
Can anyone assist me in getting my ODC certificate?

Yes, I finished the guided path exercises and quiz with a perfect score.

I was not referring to the guided path quizzes, I was referring to having access to a OutSystems Developer Cloud organization and working on the Directory and Vacations app that the guided path goes through. This is needed for the guided path to be considered completed, watching the videos and doing the quizzes it's not enough.If you completed all that and you hold the O11 reactive web developer certification it should be a matter of time before you receive your ODC certification, you don't receive it right way and can take a few days (they are awarded every Sunday if I am not mistaken). However if some days pass by and you still don't receive it just message someone from the support staff, they will be more than happy to help and grant you the certification :)If you did not complete the guided path exercises you first need to have access to an ODC environment.
