Hi Alan, are you performing some kind of verification on the assignment before checking for errors? If that's the case, what seems to be happening is that you're cancelling the process before reading a valid code. This is causing the plugin to return an error when you're expecting a different result. Could you please validate this?

Thanks for your reply, no I'm not performing any kind of validation or verification, I'm just opening the scanner and closing it, but what I do see here is that in Android I have an outdated version compared to the IOS, so I'll try to generate again the Android and test it to check if I still get the -1 Error code. I'll let you know if it works.

Hi Hector,

Just to give you an update of our issue from yesterday, after generating again the app we were  finally able to get the correct Error code OS-PLUG-BARC-0006 - Scanning cancelled when closing the scan, must say that I expected a better feedback message to the users instead of red error Code.. but ok I guess that is nothing besides creating a customized version of the plugin to catch and handle this error on other way.

Have you tried customizing the message when you click on the "X"?

I did it this way and it works for me.

Hi Miguel,

I didn't paid attention on that detail that we could call this action directly, instead I was using the UI predefined block that returns only the Barcode result and handle it self the error codes internally.
