Clean/Delete old versions from DB
Question
Application Type
Reactive

I tried to clean up the DB using DB Cleaner on Steroid. I deleted the inactive items from the screenshot below, but they still appear (event after few days and even after I repeted the action several times). How can I delete these old versions of my modules. I also attache a screenshot from the Factory tab of the Service Center. Is there any option to delete from there? I close to the 2G limit and most delete this un-needed space. Tnx

Hi

OutSystems time to time cleans up system data, older application versions. You can also free up some system data manually.

  1. Navigate to the environment management console at https://<yourpersonal>.outsystemscloud.com/ServiceCenter;
  2. Click on the Factory tab;
  3. Click on the module submenu option. Then click the Check Old module Versions to Delete link;
  4. Choose the time period to delete, and click the Check versions to delete button.

Thanks

Hi,

I have not used "DB Cleaner on Steroids" so not sure about this component. but I have used dbcleaner to clean the data and it's work for me. I have added the component link and you can try at your side.

dbcleaner : https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/423/dbcleaner

I hope it will help to clear the junk data.

Thanks
