How does the Partner Center site specifically help me deliver to my customers? Like managing members and delivering training, or other features I don't know about

How can the Partner Center site help me connect with outsystems officials?

Hi to help deliver to customers, you can visit on the partner center, the knowledge base, that contains a lot of information including a lot of templates you can use in the delivery (like a Life Cycles & Definitions of ReEady and Done, a runbook template, status update template, project vision template, etc.

There is also a partner training page where you can follow the sales and presales training.

For training developers I would advise the go to https://learn.outsystems.com/training 

Currently, the partner center does not help you to get in contact with outsystems officials, but as a partner you should have an outsystems partner manager and contact with sales department of OutSystems like channel manager, sales representatives, etc.

Hi,

The pre-sales demo's are to reduce the need for a partner to complete deliver a proof-of-concept. If the customer has a specific problem, and a pre-sales demo exists, you can instead of delivering a PoC use the prebuild demo and proof the concept faster.
