Hello Ankur sharma,

I'm a very practical person. So, I believe that you learn by doing. Do to that, I would suggest you to check this: here. You can find a practical guide to building applications there. This resource allows you to create and build demo or simple apps, and I suggest trying to tackle the tasks without immediately checking the solutions or how-to tips.

Also, in my opinion, after your first certification (Reactive), especially if you're still building your OutSystems foundation, it might be more beneficial to focus on practical experience rather than jumping directly into another certification. Take the time to explore and experiment with what you've learned, and gradually, you'll gain more confidence in your skills.

Anyway, I believe that, after Reactive,  the ultimate goal is to have both Professional Mobile Developer and Professional Web Developer Certifications. So, my advice would be to start with the one that you might feel more comfortable now and grow step by step.

Also, and if you are interested,  you might think about doing the ODC certification. In order to do the certification for free you have to have access to an ODC environment and you should wait for an available slot:

Since you have already the Reactive certification, after concluding the ODC training you should receive the ODC Associate Developer certification badge and the ODC Ready one for free.

Best regards,
Ana

Hi @Ankur sharma

Welcome to the Outsystems team.

I'm mentioning some points below which will help you to learn the Outsystems.

1. If you are new to programming, begin with fundamental concepts like variables, functions and control flow before diving into Outsystems specifics.

2. Choose a Guided Path on Outsystems Learn that align with interests or goals. This will provide a structured learning experience with hands-on practice.

3. Instead of building complex applications start with simple projects to familiarize yourself with platform and gain confidence.

4. Actively participate in the Outsystems forum and attend online or offline meetup to connect with other learners and developers.

Bonus Tips

  • Watch tutorials, webinars and other informative videos on different Outsystems YouTube Channel.
  • Connect with other Outsystems users and developers on Forum, ask questions, and get help.

I hope this will help and motivate you to learn Outsytems.
