[Android] Issues keyboard device + input box

Hi everyone!\

Today I have 2 issues for Adroid device.

1. The bottom bar appears above the keyboard when i tap on input field

2. I am typing in text area box then I scroll down the Green curson appears on the bar as the attached image.

These issues not appears on IOS device.

Is there any way to fix these issues?
