Sample input field ① is an input mask.
Sample input field ② outputs the value of ① as is.
If you move the input cursor in ① to the left and enter 1, the value will be 10.
However, 1 is output for ②.
The same problem occurs even if you quickly enter 10 in ①.

The component Custom Input Masks you linked to is for Traditional Web, whereas the Input Masks Library component is a Reactive Web component - most probably the target application is not compatible with it.
