My guess is that you have installed a different version of OutSystemsUI than the one referenced by "OfficeUtilsDemoReactive".

However the problematic object reference is not even being used, so I would suggest you to run the removal of all unused references and publish the module:

In the meantime I have already published a new version on the demo in Forge that does not have unused references. So that others do not come accross this same king of issues.
