Internal and External User

I have read this article (https://success.outsystems.com/documentation/11/user_management/end_users/) and searched in the forum, but I still have a few questions:

1 - How does OutSystems treat Internal users and External users? What is the difference between the two types of users (technically)? - (i don't mention about their email domain)

2 - What if I configure all of my users as external users (by configuring a random domain as company domain) because capcity of external users is much more than internal users ? Does this violate any policy of OutSystems?

Any explaination on this would be much appreciated.

I have contacted Outsystems support, so i post his answer for anyone need
"The end users and internal users are just licensing parameters, there is no difference between them, between the two types. If a client is building an app for a few internal users, he can make the license limits smaller in the external user department, so he can save some money. If the app is meant to be used by many external users, the opposite applies.

In Outsystems you get two types of users - IT users and end users - and these have technical and structural differences. But from the internal\external licensing point of view, the only technicality is the price to pay for each pack of users

As for the second question - if you are within the agreed limits, there is no violation of the Outsystems policy if you make them all external. You manage them the way you see fit"
