done couple of times still same problem
Check Your Internet Connection or try on a Different Browser. If still its not working you can reach out to the technical support team of the certification exam platform.

It happened to me before, it is because the wi fi is too slow when blocking by the wall.
Instead, it is better u go to the exam center for the Outsystems.

When facing some technical errors while joining the Exam.
your Can visit (URL is also visible in proctor application at top): https://go.prometric.com/chat
here you will get an option chat with experts in right bottom corner (highlighted in below image).
after providing your confirmation number, full name and mobile number and answers of some other questions, you will connect with a technical expert, who will guide/help you to connect with your examination.
