[OutSystems UI] problem with tooltip after upgrade

The class name osui-balloon--is-open is not rendering on the click as well as tooltip trigger event onclick is not working appropriately.

And styling in the tooltip is changed and background color is showing as black.

We're not able to reproduce it so please share more information and a working example with your scenario being replicated.
Also, indicate if you have any custom code and/or CSS being applied.

Are you using any custom CSS class or JavaScript? If so, then share more details.

In general, it works fine after upgrade and rendering below DOM.
