Hello everyone, I need urgent help since I have lost access to my main account and I don't know how to get it, I explain what has happened to me.
I had an account created by my former company with its own corporate email, but I changed companies a few days ago and therefore I wanted to change the email so as not to lose the account.
I made the request to change my email and everything was going well, I was sent an email to the new email that I was going to use to accept the change, what happened is that when I hit that link to confirm the change when entering it gave me invailid permissions and did not let me do anything.
To my surprise after this, when trying to access the account, I get a username or password error, whether I use the old email or with the new one, and in that account is where I have my credentials.
I wanted to know if something similar has happened to someone and if they could help me. Thanks a lot
