I got a problem with my environment. It isn't reachable and i get the following message: 'If you leave your personal environment alone for this long, it loses its mind. We emailed a copy of your applications before the amnesia sets in. That can be used to restore your work'. When I fetch a new one, I receive the message: 'URL already in use'. I used the enviroment the day before yesterday.
What can I do about it?
You should not create a new account, but you should login using your existing account and click the button to wake your environment (menu > platform > personal environment tab). This will enable your account again and then from the mail, download the solution and install it using ServiceCenter.
Thanks for your reply. Where can I find that wake-button? Is that in the browser or in the outsystems software (Studio)? There is also a red cross under Deployment in my Environment Health. I'm a rookie with outsystems so for give me if I ask stupid questions ;)
I think I found it but I can't reach it (see attachment)
This is the screen. You should now press the "fetch me another one" button. It seems that the button has been renamed.
If this doesn't work, you should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org because then it's a bug.
There are at least two other recent posts with the exact same problem:
So this definitely looks like a bug.
It looks like a bug or something. I send an email to support.
This appears to be a display issue on the Personal Environment Home at https://www.outsystems.com/home/
It is in fact showing your Environment is stopped when in fact is not (for your specific case).
This however shouldn't not prevent you from continue to use it, you just won't be able to benefit from the "Manage Apps" button.
You can still open Service Studio from your desktop and connect.
We are investigating this issue in order to correct it, so it won't be needed to report to support, we apologize for any inconvenience.
