Good afternoon people!
Sorry for nmy English OK?

I developed an application for printing price labels and I use the "Bluetooth Serial Plugin". However after updating Android to version 10 the bluetooth printer is no longer detected by the application, it remains searching forever in the application's connection screen.

Any tips you can give me?

@Peluque Can you try to first pair the device using the native Android Bluetooth menus and then use the ListPaired Devices to show the connected devices?

Also, what type of device are you trying to connect to?

I still have issues like this after I paired the device in native Bluetooth. Bluetooth serial is not defined error.

The "Bluetooth serial is not defined" error means that the application is not able to find the Bluetooth serial plugin.

Make sure you have built an android version of the application and then install it on the android device. This won't work on a browser.

Yes thanks for the reply. You mean generate an apk right? I already generated an apk for this before and after installing the Android Serial Plugin but still the problem exists. Also I have tested the Bluetooth Serial Plugin Sample and figured out how to run it smoothly in Android 10. But when I copied it to my own app, it has still "bluetoothSerial is not defined" error. Please, I've been finding solutions to this problem for almost 3 weeks now.

Did you try to reconfigure the bluetooth device after update of the plugin?

Did you ever solve this? Just realized this is exactly the same issue I am facing. Both Android 10 and 11 go into spinning forever...

Hi! :)

Did you find anything about this problem? I'm about to abandon the OutSystems platform because I need the system working for my customers
