Is there anyway to connect to .jar file?

I build a mobile native application and I want it to connect to a Bluetooth Printer (Like Woosim) ,now I have download a sdk file from their website and it .jar file. Is there anyway I can do with this ?

You need to create cordova plugin for this.

Here is some basic guide (https://www.outsystems.com/blog/posts/how-to-create-a-cordova-plugin-from-scratch/), but you need people that understand cordova for this.
