It would be great to delete individual items from the searchable dropdown widget in a more intuitive way. Currently, as of OutSystems UI 2.19.1, you have to either: Reopen the dropdown search, scroll, and unselect individual items Use the X icon, but that clears all selected items It would be nice to either click selected items to remove them, which is possible using the advanced server-side dropdown search component, or at least place selected items at the top of the list. Here's an example of individual 'X' items implemented using the advanced server-side dropdown search component. Having something like that preconfigured out-of-the-box for the standard dropdown search would save on development time and improve the user experience, particularly for those who have to navigate via keyboard.

Like Traditional, Reactive should have "EmailId" return variable. Sometimes we need to save ".eml" content & share in network path, if specific environment does not have permission to send mail. Getting the content from Platform "Email Content" table with filtering does return correct content if we are sending frequent mail.

Vision:In desperate times comes desperate needs. Social distancing enforced through beeps for those who forget to keep their distance from you, or aren’t really aware they are beyond the safe line. This app will help everyone by speaking up to you and all bystanders that aren’t respecting the guidelines for the safe sanitary perimeter. This isn't only for the socially awkward. This is for everyone you hold dear and aren’t taking self-care seriously.Personas:UsersUse Cases:If two app users are closer than x meters, the app beeps. For elders that live alone and are careless when going out.For children that want to play outside, or are going to run an errand for their parents.Visual impairment.Challenges:App adoption would need to be huge. The app should probably run all the time in the background… Or you should be able to activate it and leave it on.

Hi everyone! It would be really nice if the search keyword is kept like a session variable, because after you have clicked in an application to go to that application details, when you return to the applications list, the previous search keyword is lost.--Tiago Bernardo

OutSystems already makes it incredibly easy to work with well-defined JSON by using structures and auto-mapping features. This is a huge time-saver for many use cases where the JSON format is stable and known in advance. However, as applications scale and start interacting with more dynamic or external APIs, developers often encounter more complex and less predictable JSON formats — ones that include dynamic keys, mixed-type arrays, deeply nested objects, or optional fields. Currently, handling such JSON in OutSystems often requires workarounds like JavaScript, server-side logic, or external services. Introducing more native low-code tools for advanced JSON manipulation would reduce complexity and enhance developer productivity even further.Key Suggestions (all optional, modular enhancements): Support for dynamic keys in JSON structures Example: { "user_1": {...}, "user_2": {...} } Allow mixed-type arrays in a single list Example: [ "Hello", 123, true, { "x": 1 } ] Enable handling of deeply nested arrays and structures Example: { "matrix": [[1, 2], [3, 4]] } Introduce JSONPath-style querying for deep traversal Extract a value like "c" from { "a": { "b": [1, { "c": true }] } }. Improve error feedback from JSONSerialize and JSONDeserialize Provide clearer debug info for mapping failures. These improvements will not only maintain the simplicity of current low-code development, but also open the door to more reliable integration with complex APIs and data formats, without disrupting the existing patterns used by the community. In one of my recent cases, I was not able to integrate a polygon type structure(standard) from the customer API, so I had to ask for a change in the structure. So after this implementation we can get a solution to this problem.

Hi community,Something I do often is to use a referenced element (entity/action..) right after I have referenced it. Currently, I have to search for it because this element is not focused on the right panel. My idea is to focus the referenced element right after I have referenced it. In case there are multiple elements it could behave as it is today.Cheers,António Pereira

When deploying outsystems in a cloud service with a automatic scaling mechanism when a new VM is automatically created there is no way to associate it to a specific deployment zone automatically. If an API to add a VM to a deployment zone existed this process could be fully automated. Another set of useful APIs would be: to disable job processing and also to query jobs running in the server. With this, on a scale down event, we could stop new jobs from starting and monitor if current jobs have finished to then shutdown the VM. Without these changes the current approach to support automatic scaling is not actually valid when there are multiple deployment zones, the current documentation only supports deployments to the global zone despite no reference to that limitation: GitHub - OutSystems/AzureARMTemplates: Azure ARM templates for deploying OutSystems on Azure Additional Configurations for OutSystems on Microsoft Azure - OutSystems 11 Documentation

Nowadays, most of our community members are having multiple accounts, because of this community ranking disturbs and also there will be possibility of violation happenings like Fake job post etc. This can be overcome by verifying their profile. If a user wants to be our community member, then he/she has to verify their profile. unverified profiles will have certain limitations like they won't be ranked, or they can't post or comment like wise. By this, we can build a healthy and a trusted community.

There are some applications (like SilkUI, Templates, ...) that aren't shown in Service Studio application list. We can have an option in the preferences to "show all applications".
