Makes use of the C# RNGCryptoServiceProvider Class to implement a strong and unpredictable random number generator, although the native C# random() function (used in some extensions already) may be well suited for simple and non-critical operations, it is not strong enough to use in more critical situations where a true unpredictable random number is needed.
