I have the exact same issue. This is preventing a full redeployment of our environment and we can't fix it ourselves because it is a locked system module.

@Daniël Kuhlmann : The error message is next to useless. And you can't fix it yourself so even if it was, I probably would not be able to do anything about it. 

I got some more information. The issue lies with OutSystems Maps and specifically the static entity MapErrors. 

I have created a support ticket for this issue. Hopefully it will get solved soon.

What is the OutSystems Maps version you're using?
That seems to be a mismatch between versions since templates and dependencies need to be released paired (so the update on an environment needs to keep this in mind). I believe you can check the version and changes in here, maybe it helps.

A new version of the OutSystems Maps, OutSystems UI and the two template components has been made available last night. This has solved my issues;

Hi guys, it seems that there are still some issues between OutSystemsUI and Template_ReactiveSampleUserApp (OutSystems Accelerators Reactive) regarding BinaryToURLImage.

Version 1.4.7 isn't compatible with Outsystems Maps version 1.5.0 which was published on 22 Nov.
