did not receive my certificate from outsystems

Question

Dear All

I completed my Associate React Developer exam on friday 11/02/2022. i got the email from prometric regarding the score but i am yet to receive an email from outsystems with the certificate. could you please let me know whom i need to contact. i tried to email support@outsystems.com, training@outsystems.com none of this work

Hi,

I had the same problem a few weeks ago. The email to training@outsystems.com opened a support case in OutSystems. You can see your cases in https://www.outsystems.com/supportportal/.

My problem was on Friday in the afternoon and on Monday in the afternoon they did contact with me. Don't worry they will contact you shortly.

Hi saravana kumar v,

Same issue i have faced last week after clearing the reactive exam I didn’t receive my certificate for two days so i raised ticket in the support and then within 12hrs i got mail from outsystems along with certificate .
