Can you give us more detail of what your email has? Do you have any attachments? What does your email consist of?

As I can see the https://support.google.com/mail in your error message, I guess you are usig  Gmail Smtp to send an email,

So to make this work you need to first do some configuration at google account, I am attaching some links where we have step by step approach to configure it and send an email
