This project delivered Edify, a secure education platform designed to automate the management, reporting and funding of individual education plans (IEPs) and educational adjustments for students with disability or other learning needs. The application digitises end-to-end processes that were previously manual and paper-based, reducing administrative workload for teachers and inclusion leaders. Key capabilities include centralised IEP management, evidence capture for funding and audits, assessment and exam provision support, reporting dashboards, and secure information sharing that protects student privacy. Edify improves consistency, compliance and visibility while enabling better student outcomes and supporting teacher wellbeing through reduced administrative burden.

This project delivered targeted enhancements to Harvest Road Group’s existing Capital Expenditure Request (CER) application to improve usability, financial workflows, and reporting access. The work included minor UI and field refinements, updated validation and form logic, improved notifications for finance users, a budget overage field, reusable CER templates, restored historical company filtering, and a print-friendly CER view. A secure API endpoint was also implemented to expose CER data for integration with Snowflake. The project reduced manual effort, improved budget visibility, and enabled enterprise-level reporting without disrupting core application functionality.

Harvest Road Streamlines Capital Expenditure Management with Custom-Built "Capex" Application Harvest Road faced a familiar challenge—managing capital expenditure requests through spreadsheets and email chains. This time-consuming, error-prone process created inefficiencies, delays, and frustration for employees. To address this, they partnered with us to develop a smarter, more streamlined solution: the "Capex" application, built on the OutSystems platform. A Centralised, User-Friendly Solution The "Capex" application is a centralised system that replaces cumbersome Excel sheets and endless email threads with a sleek, intuitive platform for managing capital expenditure requests. Now, users can easily initiate, review, and submit requests with just a few clicks.
