The client needed a robust and efficient application that would streamline and standardize the various commercial processes within the Oil and Gas sector's leading group. The application was expected to cater to different geographic areas and companies, providing seamless and uniform processes across the board.

The client needed a specific, independent reporting and irregularity channel that promotes anonymity and confidentiality, from which employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders of the organization can, voluntarily, report acts that represent irregularities, such as violations of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, financial and accounting frauds.

A global corporation with diverse office spaces across multiple locations faced a common challenge - managing workplace bookings efficiently. The existing system was fragmented, causing confusion and inefficiencies for employees trying to reserve meeting rooms, workstations, and collaborative spaces. The client sought a tailored solution that could adapt to the unique complexities of each office environment.

The client approached PwC to reformulate the form known as the MASH Inquiry Form, whose function was to serve as a tool for notifying services when there was a concern about a child. This form was only used by partner agencies (eg schools, health professionals, etc.) and not the general public.

Our solution was set out to facilitate the workplace booking process in any company. The challenge lies in building a product that suits the complexities of each organization’s office.
