Grihum Housing Finance, a fast-growing mortgage lender serving more than 85,000 customers in India, needed to consolidate and modernize its systems to meet surging demands for home loans.
First the team needed to modernize several legacy apps they had inherited. Grihum adopted OutSystems to consolidate its mortgage tech ecosystem into a single unified solution for employees, partners, and customers. This strategy resulted in a smoother customer journey and enhanced operational efficiency by streamlining end-to-end mortgage processes.
So far, Grihum has built multiple mission-critical apps with OutSystems, ranging from CRM and loan origination systems to partner and customer portals. The team is now upgrading its loan approval process with AI agents built with OutSystems Agent Workbench, which have reduced manual errors in credit, legal and property underwriting deviations by 70%.
Grihum is also using new agentic development capabilities in OutSystems Mentor to empower non-technical collaborators to build the apps they need in a matter of minutes.
