TravelEssence delivers hyper-personalized experiences with AI agents

TravelEssence is a luxury travel company known for its curated holidays to Australia and New Zealand - and its clients expect nothing less than fast, attentive service. But, an outdated core booking system threatened that reputation.

The company’s primary challenge was modernizing its infrastructure without disrupting the high-touch, human-centric service that defines its brand.

TravelEssence chose OutSystems for its proven enterprise-grade capabilities and built-in AI agent builder to help scale operations. With support from Creetion, an OutSystems partner, the Dutch company built Travelvety, a single, unified core system for managing customer data, travel preferences, inventory, booking management, and itinerary creation.

TravelEssence is now elevating its core system and hyper-personalized services with AI. The company has implemented multiple AI agents with Agent Workbench, including one that automatically translates content, and another that generates day summaries for client itineraries. With AI agents taking care of cumbersome and time-consuming tasks, TravelEssence staff now have more time to focus on high-value tasks, like designing hyper-personalized itineraries and growing customer relationships.

TravelEssence has seen a 20% yearly increase in revenue since replacing its core systems with OutSystems.
