OutSystems Appoints Chikara Teshima as President and Representative Director of Japan

OutSystems, a leading Agentic Systems Platform, today announced the appointment of Chikara Teshima as the President and Representative Director of OutSystems Japan K.K. Teshima will lead the company's next phase of growth in Japan, further strengthening OutSystems position as organizations seek practical ways to orchestrate AI-driven innovation and achieve digital transformation at scale. Teshima will report directly to CEO Woodson Martin, as a member of the OutSystems leadership team.

Prior to joining OutSystems, Teshima served as President and VP of APAC & EMEA Emerging at SAS Institute Japan Co., Ltd. He also held leadership positions at Microsoft Japan Co., Ltd., Salesforce Japan Inc., and Hewlett-Packard Japan G.K., building a distinguished career leading Japanese market growth and helping customers achieve meaningful business value.
