You can now track and manage all published revisions of your workflows directly from the Workflow Editor. This new revision history feature allows you to:

• View a timeline of all published workflow revisions.
• Access and visualize any previously published version.
• Revert to a previous revision if needed.

This capability, also accessible from the ODC Portal, provides a complete overview and control over your workflow versions, making it simpler to manage changes and restore past states. We've also added the ability to discard auto-saved changes. If you've made edits to a workflow and want to revert to the last published version, you can now do so with a single action inside the Workflow Editor. This ensures you can easily return to a stable, published state without manually undoing your changes.

 

These new functionalities are designed to give you more control and flexibility as you build and iterate on your ODC workflows.

We’re excited to announce that ODC Studio now lets you sync database entities with local storage entities using built-in offline data sync feature, removing the need to consume OutSystems UI to implement offline capabilities.

We're excited to announce ODC Audit Trail, a comprehensive and chronological record of actions across ODC Portal, Studio, and APIs. Easily search for specific events through an intuitive interface, or export detailed logs in CSV format for in-depth analysis and long-term retention.

OutSystems Mentor continues to advance low-code development with enhanced integration capabilities and improved data visualization options. With this release, Mentor-generated apps can now write data directly to entities in the Data Fabric or from any application of the tenant, making it easier to build connected, enterprise-ready solutions.

Additionally, two new screen templates have been introduced to better support high- and low-volume data scenarios, enabling more intuitive and scalable user experiences.

• Detail Screen with Sidebar and Tabs: Automatically generated for entities with multiple relationships and numerous attributes. This layout improves navigation and organization for complex data models.
• Pop-up: A lightweight interface designed for quick edits on entities with fewer attributes—ideal for simple, focused interactions.
• AI-Powered UI Personalization: Mentor now automatically suggests a Font Awesome icon and header color for your app, enhancing the design experience with smarter defaults and expanding the theme properties driven by AI.

These enhancements aim to simplify and accelerate your app integration with your business, significantly reducing manual efforts and increasing productivity.

With ODC App Analytics Stream, you can automatically send observability data - application logs, traces, and metrics - directly to third-party application performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic) or cloud storage (e.g., AWS S3) in OpenTelemetry format.

If you have enterprise monitoring needs or compliance mandates, this update will help you reduce operational risk and centralize monitoring across platforms.

We're excited to introduce a new set of ODC APIs that give you full control over organization roles. With these APIs, you can programmatically create, retrieve, update, and delete roles, assign or revoke them for users, and list all roles associated with any user.

Exciting news for ODC users! We're thrilled to announce the release of a new connector for MySQL! This connector allows you to easily integrate with MySQL databases, whether they're self-managed or hosted through popular cloud services like Azure or Amazon. As always, you get the consistent experience you expect from all ODC Data Fabric connectors — making it simple to connect to your databases, wherever they live.

In addition to traditional email and password authentication, ODC now supports external Identity Provider (IdP) login using custom identifiers, such as employee IDs, phone numbers, social security numbers, or VAT numbers.

This update gives you greater flexibility to align the authentication process with your industry requirements or your organization's identity and access management strategy, while also enhancing both security and the overall user experience.

We’re excited to share that database access audit logs are now available in the O11 Sentry Dashboards. These logs capture access by both your internal teams and OutSystems Support (when assisting via a support ticket), offering greater visibility into platform activity.

With this update, you gain a comprehensive view of database interactions, further improving your ability to verify security and ensure ongoing compliance.

We're excited to announce the latest ODC Portal improvements, inspired by some of the most frequent requests we received from our community.

You can now use the ODC Portal on all your devices. We understand the need for flexibility in your work environment and, while it remains optimized for desktop and laptop resolutions, we’ve enabled access on smaller screens, including monitors with low resolution, split screens, and even mobile devices. Now you can always access the ODC Portal wherever you are.

We're also introducing an improvement to make navigation faster and smoother within the ODC Portal. Your selected stage now stays persistent as you move between different areas of the ODC Portal, helping you stay in context and save time and clicks. The stage selection dropdown has also received a fresh new look that improves the visibility of which stage is currently selected.

Understanding your asset dependencies just got easier!

The Producers tab on the ODC Portal's asset detail screen now features a complete, interactive runtime asset dependency tree. Easily drill down to reveal direct and indirect producers, see the exact version being used, and identify which elements are being referenced by the direct consumer.

This intuitive new visualization provides a crystal-clear understanding of your asset's runtime dependencies, simplifying the impact analysis of changes, accelerating troubleshooting, and helping you build clean and robust applications.

In ODC, IP Filters can now be applied to single applications and groups of applications, in addition to entire development stages. We've also added usability improvements that allow you to quickly enable and disable rules and search for rules that match a specific IP address.

Restricting access to applications protects data from both external threats and accidental disclosure. With the update to the IP Filters functionality, you'll gain more granular control over your IP address restrictions with remarkable ease of use.
