The impact on their business was impressive: NPS raised up to 50%, costs reduced by 50%, average end-to-end time lowered by 50%, and sales increased to 35%.

Bentley Motors, with Partner Noesis

The Technical Targets application gives Bentley Motors engineers an automated way to easily record, manage, analyze, report, and access complex configurations of technical data throughout the product development lifecycle improving efficiency and communication. By centralizing the processes, Bentley achieved incredible efficiency levels, spending less time recording and managing information, and more analyzing and monitoring the complete products’ lifecycle.

bswift, a CVS Health Company, with Partner Netlink

Americas Winner, Return on Investment - bswift serves tens of thousands of clients and millions of their employees. The Enterprise Digital Platform is the “machine that builds the machine.” This meta-application allows them to create end-user facing Web experiences that are unique, secure, and effortless. These experiences have contributed to an ability to win more business from larger employers (expanding their addressable market), a reduction in cost, effort, and time required to launch new features and meet customer-specific requirements, and an impressive 19x return in new revenue acquired within the first year.

Certis Group, with Partners Do iT Lean and Dreamcloud

At Certis, Singapore’s leading advanced integrated security provider, employees are now connected to the company like never before with high-quality corporate services at their fingertips. Serving more than 20,000 employees, the Allegro application extends Certis Group’s digital services to everyone in the company, leaving no remote worker behind. And with the CSDS application, Certis transformed their 12-year-old paper-based quality management system into a slick, mobile-first, digital service delivery system, with projected annual recurring savings of nearly 250,000 Singapore dollars.

Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), with Partner Codelab

HRDF, a Saudi governmental authority, works to upskill, train, and recruit the national workforce through events, forums, and exhibitions. LIQAAT, a B2C web application, provides all the features necessary to facilitate and manage the process of connecting all concerned parties and provide the needed support for these workforce initiatives. It took just 3 weeks to completely build and publish the application, which resulted in customer satisfaction increasing from 5% to 100% and cost and time decreasing by 70%.

Medtronic, with Partner IG&H

Medtronic, the largest global medical device company, has undergone a digital shift for their business, delivering faster, more efficient, and satisfying results to improve patient care - alleviating pain, restoring health, and extending life. The FocusOn™ application is a remote monitoring and triaging platform for cardiac conditions and the Cloudcare application integrates with the Diabetes EMR to provide insights to caregivers that enable risk stratification based on patient information and glucose data thus facilitating treatment advice.

New York Life Insurance, with Partner Sense Corp 

Region/Category: Americas Winner, Innovator of the Year

The New York Life Long Term Care (NYL-LTC) Pre-Screen Tool has been a game-changer, arming their field team with the ability to better screen potential clients prior to submitting an application. The web and mobile application combines a modern, dynamic pre-screen assessment with a robust and detailed data model to determine the likely eligibility of a proposed client in a matter of a few minutes, thus drastically decreasing the barrier to appropriately pre-screening a client. This reduction in the rate of declined policies improves underwriting efficiencies, decreases call center volume, and potential cost savings are expected to land in the millions.

Monadelphous Group, with Partner Novata Solutions

In the “people business” it's all about getting the right people to the right jobs at the right time - a better outcome for all. To transform their business and the way they communicate with employees, engineering firm Monadelphous Group rolled out their MonaWork application, which has provided them with the right training, qualification, competency requirements to get them to job sites. In rapid response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Close Contact Tracing application helped Monadelphous Group implement effective social distancing methods and limit all non-essential contact for mining workers in Western Australia.

Shawcor, with Partner Do iT Lean

Fully replacing a legacy application and a legacy manual process, the iLINE Weld Advisor application simplifies and digitalizes the full lifecycle of a pipeline. The app supports remote auditing of pipe weld inspections performed during pipeline construction or remediation. The resulting business impact has come from process efficiency, enhanced visibility and control, all the way to a reduction in cost and competitive advantage.

With TCG – Computer Search, The Pokémon Company International has a single source of truth for all data related to Pokémon Trading Card Game assets in all languages. It helps with cross-functional collaboration and change management, making data extensible to other systems and teams as needed.

Union Bank of the Philippines, with Partner Via Appia

Region/Category: APAC Winner, Innovator of the Year

A true example of enterprise adoption, Union Bank has been using OutSystems for everything from developing front-end customer experiences for both internal and external customers at branches and on digital platforms, as well as mission-critical solutions like their contact tracing app built in just a few days. Union Bank has been able to get ahead of their competition, going to market quicker, and providing superior customer experiences at a much more rapid pace.
