Our client needed transparent, auditable control of how personal data is accessed and used, plus stronger anonymization to reduce privacy risk. Devoteam delivered a web-based GDPR module that provides end-to-end audit and monitoring of user actions (access, edits, exports), with role-based controls, configurable masking/anonymization rules, and retention policies aligned to GDPR. Evidence-ready reports and dashboards give DPO and security teams real-time visibility, while alerts and remediation workflows speed response to potential breaches. Implemented by a 2-developer team in 2 months, the solution embeds privacy-by-design, strengthens compliance, and consolidates oversight into a single source of truth—reducing exposure to fines and simplifying audits across our client’s digital estate.

Our client set out to consolidate veterinary audits into a single, modern application. Devoteam embedded the Bureau Veritas audit process into the latest audit app (PHP 2.0), deprecating the legacy Poultry-only app while preserving critical interfaces, workflows, and notifications. We extended the scope beyond Poultry to include new audit programs, and introduced country-specific configurations (rules, forms, languages) managed centrally. The solution streamlines audit execution for field vets with improved UX, guided checklists, and consistent notifications; supports offline data capture with secure sync; and enriches the data model to surface KPIs and trends for Business Unit decision-making. Result: one governed audit tool across species and geographies, higher data quality, faster reporting, and a flexible platform to onboard additional programs without rebuilding processes.

To improve merchandising consistency and cross-store collaboration, Devoteam extended the OutSystems Mobile Retail Store Management solution (used in 500+ stores across 7 countries) with a ProductViz module. Store teams can capture item photos directly in the app and share them to a shared gallery that is available across countries, with country-level governance to control visibility and use. Designed for low-connectivity areas (e.g., stockrooms), the module supports offline capture and local caching for a defined period, automatically syncing when a connection is restored. Fully embedded in the existing store app and platform, the feature provides a simple, reliable way to communicate product visuals between stores and HQ—speeding feedback loops, aligning execution on the shop floor, and strengthening operational consistency without adding new tools or complexity.

To reduce stockouts and manual back-office effort, Devoteam added the ShelfSync module to the existing OutSystems Mobile Retail Store Management solution used across 500+ stores in 7 countries. From the store app, managers submit supplemental order requests with prefilled store/SKU data, quantity and reason, plus notes or photos. Requests are validated and automatically routed to an internal RPA that interfaces with the corporate replenishment system; status updates and confirmations flow back to the app in near real time. The module adds role-based approvals, SLA/exception handling and a full audit trail. Result: faster restocking, fewer errors, and improved on-shelf availability—driving sales uplift and a consistent customer experience without altering the core replenishment platform.
