The Data Sharing Portal – Supporting Information (DSP-SI) project team is responsible for managing the data-sharing mechanisms between Social Security Scotland (SSS) and external stakeholders for Supporting Information (SI) requests. Supporting Information requests enable a Case Manager to gather additional evidence to make an eligibility decision on a benefit application. When an application is received, the Case Manager determines whether to request supporting information from a person identified by the client (for example, a professional involved in their care or support). The Case Manager formulates the relevant questions and creates a Supporting Information request.

Multidose Label Printing is a web application that enables pharmacies to generate and print labels for incoming multidose machine orders. The application formats and prints medication labels containing prescription details that are attached to the medicines when they are dispensed. The system replaces the legacy desktop printing functionality with a modern web-based solution. Adjudication is a web application designed to streamline claim processing workflows and improve operational efficiency. The platform introduces mass action capabilities, allowing users to process multiple records at once, along with order tracking and a user lock identifier to maintain processing accuracy and avoid conflicts. The system supports operational actions such as claim reversals, manual approvals, manual rebills, manual reversals, and the creation of credit claims, enabling efficient handling of claim adjustments. To enhance visibility, the application provides advanced notifications with filtering and counts based on parameters such as pharmacy and claim status, helping users quickly identify pending tasks. Additionally, the platform supports actions like suspend, bill-only orders, cancel orders, and forward-dated claims, giving users better control over claim processing workflows. BOT authentication implemented to enable secure and reliable automation testing processes.

The system enhances the LTC400 AR Aging process for both facility and private transactions, providing better visibility into outstanding balances. It also enables efficient handling of reversals and returns, allowing users to manage corrections smoothly across facility and private postings. A Search Wizard for Facility Framework Invoices helps users quickly locate invoices using guided search criteria. Additionally, the platform supports consolidated posting through a hybrid ATP model, combining private, facility, and GL postings into a unified process. Further framework invoice enhancements improve invoice processing and provide better control over financial records.
