A comprehensive spend‑management application that digitizes and automates purchase orders, approval workflows, invoice reconciliation, and budget controls. It was designed to give the organization full visibility and governance over operational expenditures through: Purchase Order Management enabling structured request creation, itemized cost tracking, and audit logs, Configurable Workflows supporting multi‑level approvals, department routing, and SLA‑based decision tracking, invoice verification with automated reconciliation between POs and invoices imported from National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) and Budget Allocation Engine providing real-time visibility of planned vs. consumed budgets. Implemented Role-Based Access & Dashboards ensured stakeholders see the right financial insights at the right time. With the application the company streamlined its end‑to‑end cost control processes, reduced administrative overhead and brought stronger budget discipline and financial governance.

A secure, scalable integration engine that automates the end‑to‑end flow of financial documents across enterprise systems. The solution streamlines the import of structured e‑invoices from Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), converting them from xml to pdf files and allowing invoice processing (verification, approval) and providing invoice statuses to Symfonia for invoice settlement — delivering full data consistency, regulatory compliance, real‑time financial insight and centralized invoice repository.

In order to improve the system performance and functionality C&F redesigned and built a new CE form in the ProMESo application that is supporting the event and cost management in a pharmaceutical company. The changes focused on separating server actions, reorganizing the management of complex data and development of a customized mechanism for displaying validation results.​

C&F implemented new functionalities into the system that one of leading pharma companies is using for event and orders management to comply with auditing requirements following a major investigation in 2024. The changes chiefly concerned 3 main areas - events, contacts and TV campaigns and focused on cost estimate enhancements, budget control and approval mechanisms.

PriceWise is an end-to-end solution for Managing Pricing and Rebate Programs covering each process: client recruitment, contract management, contract tracking, and finally assistance in automatic customer payouts.
