Eleras elevates CX with custom, AI-powered call center solution

Eleras Group is a retailer of automotive and home warranties based in the United States. Several of its call center processes depended on fragmented tools and manual workflows.

Using OutSystems and supported by Axians, Eleras built a single application that replaced a large set of manual call center tools, including its CRM.

The new solution has reduced CRM data entry by 85%, achieved nearly 100% procedural compliance, and reduced post-call data entry from 3 minutes to a couple of seconds.
