McConkey Auction Group builds mission-critical apps and AI agents

McConkey Auction Group (MAG) has grown through multiple acquisitions. When combined with decades of using traditional development technology, the result was siloed data trapped in legacy AS/400 systems and a disjointed customer experience.

MAG chose OutSystems and partner Digital Alchimia to build a new, cloud-based foundation, quickly delivering a CRM and other mission-critical applications that now run its business. OutSystems allowed MAG to modernize its systems and, importantly, provide a unified experience for its customers across multiple auction locations.

The company is now augmenting its solutions with agentic AI, using Agent Workbench to build an AI agent that supports a key quality assurance process, automating a cumbersome manual process.
