Research Scientist

I am a Research Scientist from Portugal who currently lives and works in Lisbon. I like to consider myself one part techie and one part creative. I spent the early part of my career doing Natural Language Processing. Currently, I work as a Research Scientist for OutSystems, which I joined in October 2020. The best part of what I do? Being able to use both my creative and technical skills to develop innovative machine-learning solutions that can solve complex real-world problems. Hands down. A true data enthusiast and problem solver in every way, I enjoy spending time exploring new data sets to analyze and attending technical conferences to keep up-to-date with the latest advances in machine learning.
