What attracted you to OutSystems initially, and how has your perception evolved since then?
Before joining OutSystems, I worked at two small startups. At that point, I was eager to move to a larger company where I could work with new technology and learn from a broader range of people.
Initially, I expected a formal corporate environment, but I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible culture here. During my first few months, I often ran into the founders and senior leaders, and I was amazed that not only did they recognize me, but they were also humble enough to engage in casual conversations.
Over the years, as I met more people, I realized that OutSystems truly has some of the best minds in the world. It's truly inspiring to work alongside such talented individuals.

OutSystems has significantly contributed to my professional growth. I've learned a lot from the talented colleagues around me, who are always eager to share their expertise and insights.
Additionally, the opportunity to take on different roles across various departments over the past twelve years has allowed me to diversify my skill set. This exposure to different roles and responsibilities has not only broadened my abilities but also strengthened my adaptability.

Don't be afraid to ask questions! It is a crucial part of learning and growing. Asking questions shows you're engaged, curious, and eager to understand things more deeply. No matter how much experience you bring, there's always something new to learn, and embracing that mindset will set you up for success.
